How can I change my flight with a Flexible Ticket?
You must make the change at least 24 hours before you would have travelled. The earlier you change your booking, the better options you will have. You should make the change by telephone during our opening hours.
It has to be at least 24 hours before the new departure, so you cannot choose to change your booking for the same day.
You can only use a Flexible Ticket once, after that the service expires.

What does a Flexible Ticket mean?
A Flexible Ticket allows you to change your flight tickets no matter what the airline's rules are. You can change the date of your outward/return flight as long as it at the same price level with the same airline. All changes are subject to availability.
You can only change your ticket to the same airline that would have carried out the original flight. You cannot change your destination, you must fly to and from the same places. If the ticket price or taxes have increased since you booked, you will have to pay the difference. Flexible Tickets only apply to flights, not to hotels or car rental.

What does “low cost flight” mean?
All low cost flights are clearly identified in the booking process. When you choose to book a low cost flight, you take full responsibility for the booking. We cannot see your booking and therefore we are not responsible for any issues regarding your booking. This means that:
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
There is a link for you to unsubscribe at the bottom of every newsletter. Click on the link and write your address. If it has worked you will see a confirmation message and you will no longer receive any newsletters from us.
Why is the verification email empty and why can't I open the email?
There may be a security setting in your email which prevents you from receiving this information. Check your security settings. If this doesn't work, contact us again and we can reactivate your account.
Why can't I find my booking on my account, how can I log in?
To have your trip registered when you book through our website you must be logged into your account when you make the booking.
What does buying a Support Package from you mean?
If you purchase our Support Package, we can help you to investigate different requests and possibilities. For example, if you want to order a special meal, choose your seat, book special baggage such as skis or golf bags, etc.
